Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days of the order.

We currently ship to the Europe, Canada, and the United States. Shipping rates are as follows: UK £3.95, the rest of Europe £8.00, Canada and United States £18.00. These shipping costs cover the cost of packaging, postage and tracked service.

All orders are wrapped in recycled tissue/kraft paper that is then safely enclosed in a 100% recycled polythene bags. All packaging can be recycled again after use. We work hard to ensure all areas of our packaging are ethically and sustainably sourced while trying our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum and protect your items during transit.

All orders will be sent out standard delivery (via royal mail / DHL) and will require a signature on receipt.

Due to COVID-19 some parcels may take longer than normal to arrive. If you need your parcel urgently, please send us an email help@annalinneadesigns.com.
