We really hope you love the pieces you purchased from Anna Linnea, but if you are not happy and would like to return an item:

  • Please do so within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return:

1. Please email help@annalinneadesigns.com to let us know which items you would like to return.

2. Pack any unwanted items, along with the original proof of purchase document and any returns information in the original packaging/secure postal box or bag.

3. Mail/courier your product to: Anna Linnea, 23 Linden Gardens, Basement Flat, London, W2 4HD

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

KINDLY NOTE: If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are unable to refund any orders which get lost.
