Anna Linnea is about creating beautiful pieces for you and your little ones that focus on design, quality and comfort. We use meticulously selected fabrics and accessories and only work with existing end of line stock. We produce in small batches outside seasonal trends.

Anna Linnea's story began in early 2020 when we went into lockdown in London due to COVID-19 and we were left without childcare. I left my job and transitioned into a full time Mama at home with my daughter, Willa. I had always wanted to learn how to sew and felt this was the perfect opportunity. I bought my first sewing machine, emptied our linen closet, and started to teach myself. In June 2020, I made Willa and I our first matching pair of dungarees.

I felt an entirely new sense of purpose and passion when Willa would come into the room and watch me while I worked. I had always dreamed of finding a way to make a living while having the flexibility to be home with my children. With the support of my family, I decided not to return to corporate life and instead to follow my heart.

I grew up one of four sisters, with a mother who handmade almost everything in our wardrobe. She was all about the details. Our closets were filled with handmade dresses, hand knitted jumpers, embroidered collars, and hand painted buttons. Thanks to her incredible talent and creativity we had gorgeous high quality clothing that was completely one of a kind.

I have had trouble finding clothing for Willa that has the same attention to detail and quality. I felt that with my passion for sewing and design, this would be a wonderful opportunity to bring these special styles to a wider audience.

Many of my designs are inspired by pieces I wore as a young girl. Other pieces are inspired by timeless items that have stayed in my closet before, during and after pregnancy. My hope is that women feel confident in our clothes while also feeling very comfortable. Each style is designed to reflect the beauty of femininity while also being loose fitting so that women can continue to wear it with a bump and beyond.

Since Willa was born, I have always loved to find ways to subtly match her while maintaining a women's style and a child's sense of fun. Not only did I enjoy this but Willa loved matching Mama too. Our collection offers pieces that can be just for her, just for baby, or for both of you to wear together.
